The Shop Stewards of IAEP Local 20 serve as the frontline representatives and strongest advocates for our members in the workplace. As experienced EMS professionals, our stewards provide guidance, enforce the Collective Bargaining Agreement, represent members during investigatory and disciplinary meetings, and work proactively to resolve workplace concerns before they escalate. They are a direct link between the membership and union leadership, ensuring that every EMT and Paramedic has a voice on issues impacting working conditions, safety, scheduling, pay, and professional respect.
